Tipping Equipment

Our capacity includes:

Hydraulic cylinders

Hydraulic cylinders are devices that converts the energy stored in the hydraulic fluid into a force used to move the cylinder in a linear direction. The device consists of a cylindrical barrel, piston, and a piston rod.

Single acting cylinders:
Single acting cylinders only that the fluid pressurised from one side of the cylinder, happening in both the expansion along with the retraction process.
A spring or external load is used to return the cylinder top to its former position – when the pressure of the fluid is cut off.

Double acting cylinders:
Naturally, the pressure from the fluid would be applied from both of the directions in double acting cylinders.
The rods in double acting cylinders are either single rod ended or double rod ended.

Steel fabrication describes the process of the cutting, forming and the overall shaping of steel alloy, a process that’s done to create a product. Steel fabrication takes numerous amounts of mental, attaching them together to form a predefined shape and size. Steel fabrication is a way of creating all forms of products, from vehicular items to household appliances.
